Your property must be listed with ten Hoopen Realty between 16/5/2022 - 11/8/2022
Your property must be sold by ten Hoopen Realty. No partnerships with other real estate agents
Your property must be in the correct condition to accept viewings
Your property must be located in the western Algarve
The winner will be drawn at random on 11/8/2022 and the winner will be notified the same day
This offers validity is between 16/5/2022 - 11/8/2022 only
Multiple properties can be listed by the same person
This offer relates to the real estate property sale commission only. All other associated fees apply
In the event that an eligible property signs CPCV before 11/08/2022:
The owners will have a chance to draw their name on the day of their promissory
Should they draw their name we will still do a second draw on the 11/08/2022
